Tips:

  • When buying, look for Bok Choy(also known as Pak Choi) with bright green leaves, with no wilting or blemishes.

  • Overcooked Bok Choy will lose its lovely crunch, so make sure not to cook longer than the recipe suggests.

  • Bok Choy is usually cooked, but baby varieties are actually great in salads as well.

  • This vegetable is also known as “Chinese Cabbage” and is mostly harvested in the country it takes its name from, so look for non air freighted Bok Choy whenever possible.
