Tips:

  • When buying, look for firm, bright green pods with little or no dark spots.

  • To prepare Sugar snap peas, use your fingers or a paring knife to remove the ends of the pea and gently remove the stringy fiber that pulls away from the sides.

  • Sugar snap peas can be eaten whole, so no need to remove the pod.
