Tips:

  • When buying, look for spinach with crisp stalks and bright green leaves with no bruises or blemishes.

  • To prepare the Spinach, place it in a bowl of water and gently swirl to release dirt. Cut the stems off and wash again in a large bowl of water. Lift the spinach out of the bowl to ensure the grit remains behind. Pat dry.
