Tips:

  • When buying, search for a cauliflower that feels heavy for its size, with a creamy white colour and tightly packed florets that are free of blemishes and browning.

  • If your cauliflower has a few little brown or black specs don’t fret, just shave them off with a sharp knife.

  • Food waste tip: Cauliflower leaves are perfectly edible and are delicious roasted in the oven with a little salt and olive oil.
